【Pharmacological Action.】: | Amlodipine besylate tablets is calcium ion inhibitor. |

【Indications】: | (1) Hypertension. (2) Chronic stable angina and variant angina pectoris. |

【Dosage】: | 1.For the treatment of hypertension: initial dose is 5mg (1 pill), once in a day, max dose is 10mg (2 pills), once a day. For weak or elder patients, or hypohepatia patients, the initial dose is 2.5mg (1/2 pill), once a day; 2.For the treatment of angina: initial dose is 5～10mg (1～2 pills), once a day, elder or hypohepatia patients, 10mg (2 pills)/day. |
